Bernard Badan – CFOAfter graduating from business school in Lausanne, Bernard Badan held a number of commercial positions. He focused on accounting and moved to the non-profit sector, where he spent several years working as a financial accountant for various NPOs. In 1999 he assumed responsibility at Corris AG for developing bookkeeping and payroll within the company, both of which had previously been outsourced and were now growing and becoming increasingly complex. And as if that weren’t enough, in 2001 he also acquired the Federal Profession Certificate in accounting. Today, as the company’s CFO, Bernard Badan is responsible for the financial division as well as for HR and the back office. He is your point of contact for any financial, accounting or balance sheet issues that may arise in association with our fundraising campaigns. “I believe Corris is the perfect employer. Rui Biagini – Call Centre DirectorRui Biagini joined Corris in 2003 as a call agent. He worked his way up to supervisor in our call centre, which enabled him to finance his studies. He has been running the call centre since 2008, having joined the workforce straight from university. Rui Biagini is a member of the Swiss Association for Fundraising. He supports clients in the development, implementation and optimisation of their telephone fundraising activities. “I find working with the various NPOs particularly motivating, but I also really enjoy working with my team, most of them well-informed students who are here on a part-time basis, and who are able to identify with our clients and so seek to achieve direct contact with the donor with motivation, warmth and friendliness.
