This is an unusually good result! The above-average donation height is as unusual as the donor loyalty. Many donors are also part of the target group of 18- to 30-year olds who are difficult to reach by classic fundraising instruments. The NPOs will thus receive a multiple of every invested Swiss frank back in the long term.
Dialoguers with Commitment and a Positive Attitude
We call our employees at the information stand our dialoguers. They are usually young people in training, looking for a career change or during a gap year. We select them in a multiple-level selection procedure. We put high value on appearance, spontaneity and communications skills. Careful trainings in close cooperation with the NPOs and inspections by Corris ensure that our dialoguers conduct their interviews competently and without being intrusive.

We consult our customers regarding campaign contents, implementation and product design. We also draw up long-term forecasts that reliably represent the expected costs and income across several years. We perform the approval procedures, produce all campaign aids on request and put together the best dialoguer team for the charity. A campaigns manager and his coordinators will also continually supervise the progress of a fundraising campaign. Thy will also ensure continuous training and motivation of the dialogues during the campaigns.

We use our street campaign database, which has been developed over the course of our 15 years in the business, to develop the optimum campaign schedule for you. This constantly updated database contains all the possible and worthwhile street pitches on public and private ground in Switzerland – along with, of course, the contacts for approval, but also with regard to the permitted use (how often and at what frequency is an organisation allowed to use an area for street campaigns). It also contains details of the amount of foot traffic, all-weather suitability and other factors, all of which combine to make this database a practical competitive advantage. We also often have exclusive rights to use private street pitches for street campaigns.
