Administrative Processes

Professional Customer Relationship Management forms an essential part of running an association. This does not necessarily require the association to have its own software and a complex IT infrastructure. Corris provides a system that is perfectly tailored to the administrative needs of associations, handles its maintenance and guarantees each customer direct access to its own data.

Standard Processes

We collect all the data required for looking after members – addresses, memberships, products, relationships – and maintain these details on the basis of incoming information. As directed by our customers, we will control, print and send correspondence by means of automated processes. Of course, we also offer solutions for electronic communication via email and SMS.

Invoicing to Dunning

We take care of the entire payment collection process: invoicing, monitoring incoming payments and dunning. We handle refunds and provide interfaces to various accounting systems. As a specialist in the handling of direct debiting procedures, we also provide support with payment transactions involving credit cards and e-invoicing.

Events and Training

With our integrated Event Management Module, we make a specialised tool for managing events and training opportunities available efficiently and effectively. From the registration of participants as well as speakers and instructors, through resource management, project planning, the associated correspondence and the collection of payments, all the way to the printing of participant lists, voting cards, place cards etc., this module offers all the facilities required for efficient and successful organisation.

Canvassing for Members and Consultancy

We support our customers in their canvassing for new members with proven expert knowledge and modern analytical methods. Our call centre staff consists of specialists in implementing reactivation and advertising campaigns. We also have wide-ranging expertise and years of experience in the definition, concept design, implementation and execution of member support processes.
